1. Agreement and closed-pilot scope
These Terms are an agreement between you and Ehren Stuber, a sole proprietor operating as Gridiron Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
During the current closed pilot, the service is offered only to invited participants in Utah, United States. We may change or end the pilot and will reassess these Terms before broader geographic availability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Gridiron Studio account. Do not use another person's information or choose an inaccurate age range to obtain access. If you are 13 through 17, you represent that you may accept these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
3. Teams, roles, and authority
Team owners and staff must have authority to create a workspace, invite members, maintain roster records, publish team content, schedule events, and act for the organization they identify. Team roles control what each member may view or change.
You may add or share information about another person only when you have a valid reason and authority to do so. Confirmed guardian links are team-specific and may support logistics and proxy RSVP for linked athletes age 13–17; they do not make a guardian a coach or provide staff-only access.
4. The service
Gridiron Studio provides tools for football playbooks, diagrams, rosters, team calendars, practice planning, RSVP, attendance, publishing, print and PDF output, and operational notifications. Features may depend on team role, publication state, device, connectivity, subscription, and feature availability. Calendar planning totals are organizational tools, not legal or athletic- association compliance determinations.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Gridiron Studio a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and to provide exports you request.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate where accuracy matters, and does not infringe another person's rights. Published play or practice snapshots preserve the version shared at publication and may remain in historical team records.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service if you are under 13 or help someone evade the age boundary.
- Access another team or account without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security or limits.
- Use roster, player, guardian, RSVP, attendance, or contact data for advertising or unrelated outreach.
- Represent planning tools as proof of NCAA, school, league, safety, or legal compliance.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a team Pro subscription. The team owner is responsible for charges, taxes, renewal choices, and cancellation through the available billing controls. Pricing and billing terms shown at purchase are part of these Terms.
On downgrade, existing Calendar data remains available for read and print access, while authoring, RSVP, attendance changes, routine external delivery, and new reminders may stop. Limited future-event cancellation and safety notice capabilities may remain available to authorized leaders.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping appropriate copies of information your organization needs independently of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access to protect users or the service, respond to legal obligations, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Privacy requests, notification opt-out, guardian-link revocation, and legally required access to information are not conditioned on an active subscription.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Gridiron Studio disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. The service does not provide legal, medical, safety, recruiting, or athletic-association compliance advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridiron Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Gridiron Studio's aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount your team paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
12. Governing law
Utah law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in Utah will have jurisdiction over disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when changes materially affect your rights or obligations. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to estuber@auptim.com.
